Supports in performing receiving inspection on metal fabrications, mechanical and electronic parts and assemblies, performs in-process preventative audits and final audits.1.Performs receiving inspection on metal fabrications, mechanical parts and assemblies, In-Process and Final audits. 2.Inspects sheet metal, machined parts, circuit boards, circuit board assemblies, and final assemblies and subassemblies for proper fabrication or assembly per applicable drawings and bills of material (BOM's). 3.Oversees Accepted Quality Limits (AQL) test process for incoming circuit card assemblies. 4.Performs shipping inspection to assure products presented meet the requirements of the sales order and all necessary documentation is completed per applicable engineering and sales documentation. 5.Participates in Material Discrepancy Report (MDR) process for non-conforming material. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:1.Maintains the Test Calibration Program. 2.Makes decisions for deviations as applied to electronic components. 3.Orders packaging materials for the products which includes cardboard boxes, foam, manuals and other literature that is used in the shipping process. Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with moderate noise level. Ability to work using a computer keyboard and mouse.
