QA/QC Inspector

QA/QC InspectorJob Description-Ensure conformity with specified standards (Component specification or IPC-610x) in the areas of IQA, IQC, and FQA.-Complete detailed documentation and reports of all inspection activities in accordance with Venture policy and customer requirements -Maintain a manual or electronic record filing system for all documentations -Properly handle and control all documents used for Inspection in accordance with Document Control procedures -Maintain supplier performance records -Complete defective material/non-conforming material notices and coordinate disposition of affected materials -Jointly administer Return-to-Supplier process with Procurement and Shipping -Responsible for sampling/inspection or rejection of incoming materials -Read and understand standards, inspection plans, drawings to ensure material compliance. Requirements-Minimum of three to five years experience in the Quality Assurance/Control Inspection process (PCBA and Electro-Mechanical components) -Knowledge of ISO 9001 Requirements-FDA-STD requirements is a plus-Quality Assurance /Control Inspection practices-Experience using calipers, micrometers, microscopes and optical test equipment-Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills-Computer literate-Organizational skills and attention to detailsThis position is temp to hire.
