The BSG team is responsible for managing the installation of large systems to a variety of high profile customers (NBC, ABC, FOX, ESPN) Job ResponsibilitiesIncumbent will be responsible for receiving proposals from the sales team and assigning them to the appropriate project manager for review and completion. The project coordinator will coordinate internal resources (Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Contracts) to deliver completed proposals on time while maintaining a detailed tracking log for distribution. Create and maintain project contacts list(s), schedule resources as needed for project staging on-site for customer acceptance testing and ensure project reporting, budgeting, schedules and equipment lists are updated and published routinely. Incumbent will proof sales orders for accuracy, obtain price quotes from outside vendors for third-party product and manage delivery needed for completion of system installations, perform Gross Margin Analysis of equipment purchases for large scale projects and coordinate the completion of quotes. Project Coordinator will also be responsible for reconciling quotes and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.  Additionally, Project Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the project filing systems, provide support for communications between customers, subcontractors, vendors and site staff.
