Professional Product Support Specialist

JVC, a pacesetting manufacturer of innovative Consumer and Professional electronic products, is seeking a detailed professional to support our Professional Product line in our Wayne, NJ headquarters.  Responsibilities include:

Researches and authors New Product Launch information and forecasts new product support needs for all professional products, including training phone reps. Responds to end-user and servicer inquiries regarding professional product repair, operation, integration, and compatibility issues. Monitors call volume and recommends adjustments to call routing system. Interfaces with Professional Division (JPC), Field Service Engineers, Parts, Engineering, and Factory Service group to ensure quality customer service.  Liaises between JPC and Service departments for issues including but not limited to warranty, technical/repair, or general administrative inquiries. Provides policy and procedure guidance to JPC and internal departments Assists in implementations and development of strategies to reduce all Professional product repair related complaints/exchanges.   Provides support to upper management in resolution of Professional product repair issues including negotiations with end-users. Prepares reports as required including input to i-See database. Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
