ESTABLISHED MANUFACTURING COMPANY WITH ABUNDANT REVENUE GROWTH POTENTIAL IS RECRUITING FOR THE SAVVY PRODUCTION MANAGER THAT CAN INCREASE THE PRODUCTIVITY / INCREASE THE PROFIT.

 

Electronics Manufacturer has immediate opportunity to take our factory to the next level both strategically and tactically. We are looking for a strong leader for our 24-7 operation who can direct all manufacturing functions including production control, inventory, and insure the production dept metrics are met. Individual must have an excellent sense of process development; Lean Manufacturing and the ability to successfully orchestrate the daily operations in an ever changing and diverse environment. Emphasis should be on team building, moving the parts, improving the process, increase efficiency of manpower, and on-time deliveries.

This position reports directly to the President.

 Strong communication and demonstrated team building skills required. BA/BS with 7 + years of Management in a Manufacturing environment with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
