Duties:

An immediate opening exists for an experienced Production Manager for its Hybrid (Microelectronic Circuits) Manufacturing Operations. Duties include:

Production planning for level production ratesBalancing productions lines and manpower requirements to ensure appropriate quality and yield rates and trainingMotivating and helping employees sustain Lean Manufacturing Principles on the shop floor

Qualifications:

2-10 years experience as a production supervisor. Experience in the aerospace or electronics industry is a plus. The individual we seek will have a strong, proven background in implementing Lean Production methodology on the production line, preferably in an electronics industry. Formal training in Toyota Production System (TPS) is a plus. Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents and eligible to hold a security clearance.
