Product Promotion Administrator

We endeavor to become a "Customer Value Creation Company" that provides safety, security, comfort and convenience in line with our visions of contributing to a ubiquitous networking society and coexisting with the global environment.Panasonic is seeking a full time Product Promotion Administrator for the Display Group, Panasonic Corporation of North America located in Secaucus, New Jersey.The Product Promotion Administrator will manage the product promotion billing process starting from the approved promotion until settlement with PCEC dealers. In an effort to eliminate dealer related charge-backs, this individual will enter all required documentation to help track each promotion thru settlement in an effort to quickly process account funds promotions.AccountabilitiesManage the product department?s sales promotion processes from end to end. Process management includes and is not limited to ensuring the CORF amounts by channel partner are managed within the value of the RFA and ensuring that the promotion terms and conditions are strictly adhered to when validation and reconciliation of the program results is performed for each Channel Partner (C.P.).Responsible for the analysis of each Channel Partner?s sales promotion performance results by running sales activity and POS reports in order to analyze sales and inventory activity for the promotion period. . Responsible for authorizing Company funds to be credited to the Channel Partner?s open accounts receivable based on their sales performance and terms and conditions of the program. Manage the gathering of data, performance analysis, and communication with sales team, as well as the claim submission within a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction levels related to getting credit to account in an expedient manner.Responsible to manage the RFA checkbook log for the tracking of the CORF values issued to each C.P. thru the settlement process of crediting the account.Responsible to assist in the resolution of Channel Partner charge-backs related to sales promotions by working closely with the sales and deduction teams.Maintain POS/Inventory status of major accounts.Prepares the financial cost analysis following the promotion period and reports results to Product Management.Education and ExperienceBS/BA Degree in a business/financial area or equivalent experience preferred.Advanced computer literacy in spreadsheet, word processing, e-mail and related software, in addition to SAP or equivalent.5-7 years financial analytical experience Excellent oral/written/communication/presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to make independent decisions based on set guidelines.
