Process Integration Engineer
WaferTech, a TSMC Company, has an opportunity for a goal oriented and results driven individual to join our team in the role of Process Integration Engineer. As a Process Integration Engineer you will be working in a very dynamic environment with process module engineers to sustain and improve device electrical performance. Other responsibilities include process window optimization, new products/technology transfer and customer interaction and technical support.
This is an exempt level position where additional work hours may be requested at times and the position requires carrying a pager and responding swiftly. Excellent teamwork and problem solving skills are critical, as well as demonstration of WaferTech’s four core values; Integrity, Customer Partnership, Innovation, and Commitment.

Responsibilities:
Routine review and improvement of device electrical performance of production wafers.
Continuous process flow optimization.
Technical report creation and presentation.
Collaborate with process engineering teams to maintain process stability.
Interact with customers to provide technical support.
Requirements:
Strong background in CMOS device physics and process technologies.
Project management skills
Familiarity with SPC concepts, practice and statistical data analysis.
Excellent teamwork and communication interaction skills.
Years of Related Experience/Educational Preferences:
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or comparable degree)
