Principal Mixed Signal Design Engineer

 

Location: San Diego County

 

Job Description and Responsibilities

• The candidate will be required to design in a variety of technologies (CMOS or BICMOS) and must have demonstrated the ability to design the following: High Speed ADC, High Speed DAC, PLL, and Continuous-Time Filters.

• The individual will be responsible for all activities from concept, to design, implementation, and validation/debugging, preferably a Ph.D. degree in EE.

• The Candidate will be working on state of the art technology and design implementation.

• Thus knowledge for advanced deep submicron technologies (65nm and below) is a must.

• The candidate would be required to have extensive experience and knowledge of High Speed High Accuracy ADC up to 1Gsps.

 

Required Skills and Experiences

• 10+ years minimum design experience in high performance analog circuits.

• Candidate should be familiar in Cadence Spectre, and Spectre RF environment.

• System knowledge and layout experience in virtuoso is a plus.

• MSEE required, preferably a Ph.D. degree in EE.
