The Engineering Services team provides in-depth power systems analysis, testing, troubleshooting, design, and project management in order to ensure that our customers' power systems operate efficiently, reliably, safely, and economically. We have numerous engineering services career opportunities all across the United States. Job Responsibilities: I. Responsible for the promotion and sale of the PowerLogic & ION products and services under the direction of the area sales manager. Works closely with the local field offices and distributors to educate, train and help pursue all Power Monitoring opportunities. Develops new sales opportunities, and address the needs of the existing customer base. Utilizes excellent product, competitor, and customer knowledge, to act as a local consultant for both internal and external customers. Consistently evaluates customer's present and future needs. II. Essential Functions • Works closely with all assigned field offices to plan, inform, train and help achieve PowerLogic quota. Develops internal Power Monitoring Champions.• Sets goals and objectives, develop sales & marketing plans, establishes strategies and implements with team members as necessary• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all PowerLogic products and services, communication, and computer technologies.• Promotes Power Monitoring through seminars, meetings, consultant visits, and trade associations.• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through an in-depth knowledge of customer's organization, increasing account dedication, timely communication, and follow-upIII Other Requirements • 4 year degree and 10 years outside sales experience, BSEE or MBA a plus• 1 to 3 nights travel per month possible• Strong Computer and Electrical Systems Knowledge• Maintains strong interpersonal communication skills.• Maintains strong presentation skills• Maintains strong technological background IV.
