Job Overview / Key Requirements:

Provide on going IS system analysis and planning, making decisions for changes, upgrades, and new projects to facilitate meeting the business needs of the Planning group.

 Interface with Planning business group to fully understand their business needsDevelop and maintain IS system strategy with internal business groups Evaluate business needs, objectives, and goals, researching products available and designating procedures to best meet those needsDevelop and communicate plans for implementation of new projects. Provide well-defined project documents including business requirements, system design, detailed specification, and accountabilityMaintain awareness of changing trends and regulations which might effect the department and act on as required Ensure support is provided for all Planning business group’s system needs, in a professional, courteous, and timely manner Coach and direct staff in operational activities to ensure compliance with departmental goals and objectivesOther such duties as may be assigned or requested 

Qualifications / Required Experience / Education:Masters degree in Operation Research, Business Administration, Computer Science or Management ScienceAt least 5 years experience in i2 Planning systemAt least 3 years of management experience in IT information supportStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem solving skillsStrong System delivery and project management skills
