The Inventory Analyst is responsible for the accumulation, analysis and reporting of complex production and inventory control issues at our South Everett location.

Responsibilities:

·  Measuring the financial, inventory and production impact of production instruments

·  Coordinate, monitor, analyze and report on the inventory impact of production instruments

·  Coordinate and report on the financial impact of varying order policy changes

·  Drive Kanban implementation and improvements

·  Drive production, sales and inventory cross-functional teams

·  Establish inventory plans reflecting order policy and group strategic goals

Qualifications:

·  Bachelors degree in operations management, supply chain, industrial engineering or related field and three plus years experience, or eight plus years experience with progressive responsibilities in manufacturing operations or materials/production control

·  Exposure to lean manufacturing

·  Knowledge and experience of materials requirements planning (MRP) system, the related acquisitions and control systems (APPO and OTIS), and their relationship to other department systems

·  High proficiency with Excel, FOCUS and Persuasion

·  Strong experience in a manufacturing/production control environment

·  Excellent oral and written communication skills

·  Demonstrated specialized technical, planning, analytical, and organizational skills

·  Active participation in related professional association is required
