We encourage new ideas in technology and business processes to enable us to deliver solutions that improve the global standard of living.Paralegal:Responsibility: In this role, qualified candidate will be responsible for providing legal assistance to corporate legal team. Will act as a liaison between company attorneys, outside counsel, organizations and in-house employees across a wide range of departments and levels. Will compile data from legal digests, encyclopedias and practice manuals. Assemble proofs and edits drafts of contracts, leases, licenses and related documents. Implement Legal Department contract management and recordkeeping procedures and collaborate with business management involved in contract management and administration. Prepare and file legal organizational documents with appropriate entities, as required. Conducts research on projects as directed by corporate legal group. May review and ensure the company's compliance with regulations. Assists internally in analyzing documents. Counsels on progress of cases. May assist with the review and preparation of patent material and applications, including intellectual properly processes and internal measurements, securities filings, government submissions related to ongoing contractual obligations as well as providing status updates and reports for use with board of directors and members of senior management.Education, Skills, and Experience required:• Bachelor’s Degree • Paralegal certificate from ABA Approved program or equivalent experience • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal, strong preference for law firm training • Able to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. • Able to demonstrate solid judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. • Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel from legal and non-legal functions. • Understanding of the concept of practicing preventive law. • Process and project management skills and experience.
