PDK CAD Engineer
--Work on a CAD team to develop state of the art Process Design Kits (PDKs) and provide technical CAD support for the mixed-signal design community at Analog Devices Inc. Identify and improve existing PDK development and QA processes. PDK support to include - Schematic entry, Netlisting, Spice simulation, Pcells (generated devices), Verification runsets, Parasitic extraction, and QA Database generation.
BSEE with 5 years related progressive experience. Strong computer science background and a detailed understanding of Custom and Semicustom IC design and layout. Ability to write physical verification runsets. Must possess excellent communication skills both oral/written. Firm understanding of Cadence DFII Experience writing verification runsets using Hercules & StarXT. Can program in Skill.
