Order Processor

Working within our Admin Team as an Order Processor, you will be responsible to ensure the proper and timely review and entry of sales orders for our NanoPositioning Products. 

 

Primary duties will include order entry and tracking as well as extensive email and telephone interaction with sales engineers and customers.  He/she is the primary customer contact to answer and resolve customer’s inquiries and provide updates on status of customer’s orders.  He/she works closely with our sales, accounting and shipping personnel on all order related activities to ensure maximum customer service.

 

Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited to:

 -         Enter and track orders from inception to completion

 -         Process order acknowledgements

 -         Answer requests for delivery information

 -         Communicate with our factory in Germany to expedite/clarify orders

 -         Processes packing lists

 -         Backup for office phone coverage

 -         Additional administrative duties as required

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to multitask.  Previous experience in order entry and customer service is required.  Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills.   Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word experience are required;  experience with ACCPAC preferred.  Experience in a high-tech environment is a plus.
