Philips Lumileds Lighting currently has an opening for an Optoelectronic Assembly Tehcnician for their San Jose, CA Pilot Line Group. Duties include but not limited to:

Microscope level assembly of optoelectronic devices (die attach/substrate attach).Wire bond in both manual and automated processes.Make observations ad provide feedback to engineers and first line managers.First level troubleshooting and corrective action for assigned processes and equipment.

Requirements:AA degree in a technical field or relevant working experience 2-5 years of previous microelectronic assembly. Strong Microsoft Excel spreadsheet knowledge. Ability to work 3rd shift (6pm- 6am).
