Lead the integrated supply chain transformation of the $250M, 700+ employee Irving, Texas site. Design, implement and continuously improve master scheduling, material logistics, and inventory management processes to seamlessly integrate customer requirements through supplier engagements. Develop and maintain Oracle ERP dynamic enterprise process models. Develop and lead the Sales and Operations Planning process. Bachelors Degree and 10+ years experience. Experience leading Lean Supply Chain Integration conversions. Sales and Operations Planning and Master Production Scheduling leadership. Lean material logistics leadership for a diverse mix of products and volumes. Supplier Managed Inventory leadership. Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to communicate and sell the interrelationships of lean enterprise principles. Experience hiring, firing, developing, and leading high-performing teams. Record of financial results.MBA or Masters Degree. Experience at a Shingo Prize site or equivalent. Demand Forecasting and statistical variance analysis training. Experience in high and low volume manufacturing. Experience in commercial or aerospace electronics. Working effectively in a union environment. Cross-functional experience. Oracle ERP design and implementation experience. Lean training from a recognized provider (e.g. Shingijutsu).
