Marketing Communications Specialist

VXI Technology, Inc. is a rapidly growing manufacturer of automated test and measurement equipment.  We are looking for high-energy, creative people who can help us continue our growth.  We have an immediate need for a technical marketing communications / copywriter specialist in our Valley View, Ohio office.  This position will be responsible for generating technical marketing copy with content obtained by working closely with engineers and business managers.  This position will also assist in developing and executing corporate marketing plans.   Responsibilities include: -           Writing copy for product catalogs-           Monthly newsletter generation (content and editing)-           Brochures and other printed materials -           Press releases generation (content and editing) -           Website (multiple) updates, relevance, etc. -           Advertising content coordination -           Trade show communications and theme coordination -           Product photo-shoots -           Data sheet creation / updates -           Competitive analysis-           Maintain marketing material with advertisers  Position Requirements:  Bachelors Degree in marketing or engineering Minimum 5-years technical marketing communication experience within a technology manufacturing environment Strong technical writing skills with an understanding of technical requirements, specifications, and documentation Technology background with knowledge of test and measurement or data acquisition market space Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical employees Excellent organizational and time management skillsVXI Technology, Inc.
