We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager who thrives in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment where ambitious goals are the norm. The ideal candidate will fully support Fluke Biomedical's locations in Everett and Cleveland and will be a key member in supporting double digit growth goals.
Responsibilities:
Individual will have full responsibility for manufacturing engineering activities in two locations, Everett, WA & Cleveland, OH.
Key member of Fluke Biomedical Operations team to achieve objectives
Direct the manufacturing engineering activities of four engineers, four technicians, and one project coordinator with a focus of meeting Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives
Provide DBS leadership to the manufacturing engineering team to establish a culture of proactive problem solving and systematic thinking across both facilities
Talent review and organizational development on manufacturing engineering team
Point manufacturing engineering person for development and launch of new products
Strong cross-functional interaction with Materials leadership to drive quality improvements beyond the FBC manufacturing engineering organization to the FBC supply base
Travel requirement of 33%-50%
Qualifications:
BS in mechanical, industrial or electrical engineering
5+ years of management experience
Familiarity with FDA regulations a plus
Thrives in a high pressure, dynamic environment
