Technical Customer Service Rep will:track delivery scheduleopen customer accountsresolve customer problemsenter and process customer ordersaddress customer inquiries regarding product line and services; offer suggestions support outside sales by monitoring customer buying trendsmaintain accurate customer records and databaseparticipate in promotional and marketing programs 

Technical Customer Service Rep qualifications:minimum 2-5 years customer service experience; preferably from a manufacturing, distribution or electronics industryWord, Outlook and Excel proficiency required; Crystal Reports knowledge a plusexceptional written and verbal communication skills and telephone presencestable work history with longevity in one companyclear criminal background check and drug screen
