The successful candidate will set up and operate manual mills and lathes. Maintain the ability to assemble parts to make or repair metal parts, mechanisms, tools and/or machines. Apply knowledge of mechanics, shop math, metal properties and machining procedures. Employee will study specifications such as blueprints, sketches, drawings, and plan sequence of operations. Will work in a machine shop on mills, lathes, surface grinders, welders, etc. Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
