Job Description
Successful candidate will lead Qualcomm's process reliability team, set and drive reliability requirements at our foundry partners as well as interface with internal design and technology teams. This high level position will also communicate and justify reliability requirements internally and assist design teams to achieve acceptable levels of product reliability for Qualcomm's expanding portfolio of products.

Skills/Experience
Fifteen years successful experience in silicon device and process reliability with a fabless or IDM. Strong device physics and process technology background in the deep nanometer process nodes. In depth knowledge of all levels of process and device reliability. Familiar with design sensitivities and reliability mitigation techniques are also required skill sets.

Additional Skills
Demonstrated leadership ability. Staffing, budget and employee growth support is an important aspect of this position. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiar with major silicon foundries with a focus on LPCMOS. Knowledge of RFCMOS as well as Mixed signal process reliability a plus.

Education Requirements
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering required. PhD preferred.
