Manager, Internal HR Communications
Invensys Process Systems (IPS) is a $1.6 billion firm, moving its global headquarters from the Boston area to Plano. The company is hiring a HR Communications Specialist to join our Global Communications team in the Plano office.
This communications professional is dedicated to meeting the communications needs of the IPS HR organization. This individual will provide communications counsel, planning, coordination and implementation for various HR-related communications projects. This position will report to the Global Communications organization and participate as a member of the Global HR team, with responsibility to align HR communications with the overall IPS communications strategies and messaging and leveraging successful communications strategies and tactics from across the rest of the IPS organization.
This individual should have a strong ability to generate new communication ideas and strategies to address existing and anticipated needs. Candidates should possess at least 6 years of internal communications experience and demonstrate a proven ability to plan and execute successful communications across all HR-related areas (benefits, recruitment, change management, goals deployment, training and development, workforce alignment, etc). This role will require excellent writing skills, excellent verbal communication skills, and an ability to effectively interact and collaborate with a wide range of people, at all levels of the company.
