Acts as the liaison between the customer and Tyco Electronics engineering and communicates formally to the customer's schedules, data requirements, design reviews and technical interchange meetings. Responsible for the financial, technology and schedule performance of assigned programs within cost limitations and established standards. Prioritizes resources and establishes milestones and monitors adherance to program master plans and schedules.   1. Coordinates proposal preparation, statements of work and specifications, estimation of production/service costs, negotiation ndadmin ofcontracts. 2. Will work with ITAR classification of products and compliance to applicable regulations. 3. Develop and maintain control systems and reports to accurately measure and report progress. Ensure lessons learned are fed back into process and product improvement. 4. Identifies potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action and the meeting of the company's contract commitments. 5. Assist in analyzing new opportunities in light of company goals and strategy.   qualificiations: 1. BS in mechanical or electrical engineering, science or related 2. Familiarity with quality assurance and/or manufacturing systems 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 4. Program management experience in development projects 5. Experience with bringing a development project into serial production 6.  Aerospace industry background 7.
