Microvision is a dynamic company which is partnering with some of the world's best known companies to bring solutions to the market which allow people to visually experience and share information in entirely new ways.  Microvision is world's leader in high-resolution scanned beam display and imaging systems built upon proprietary silicon micro-mirror technology.


The MEMS Subsystem Group is responsible for the design and validation of Microvision's core mirror technology. We are looking for a new member of our test team to help with validation of the next generation mirror prototypes and pre-production units, and help build the organization into a world class test and reliability environment.


The MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) Test Technologist/Engineer will have responsibility for execution of component testing and providing necessary support and maintenance of test station hardware.  Candidates will be expected to be able to follow detailed written instructions as well as provide detailed documentation/notes on work completed.  Candidates must be able to work both independently and collaboratively as needed.  Specific responsibilities include:Component functional test. Data collection and Analysis Developing test procedures; taking measurements and documenting data Writing test reports; recording analyzed test data in an organized manner Test System assembly and validation (Mechanical, Electrical, Software) Circuit prototyping, troubleshooting, and testing Fabrication, assembly, operating experimental electronics equipment including printed circuit boards Problem diagnosis and resolution; troubleshoots moderate to complex conceptual and detailed design activities to completion Lab equipment management, maintenance and calibration Participation as a member of continuous improvement teams, undertaking projects and seeking ways to improve the quality of Microvision's products and services Compliance with company code of conduct and all applicable laws, regulations, rules and policies Performing above items and other duties as assigned, under minimal supervision.Required Skills

Required Experience
