MECHANICAL PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEER - MECHANICAL
Seeking a Mechanical Product Design Engineer to design connectors, test sockets and cable assemblies, as well as tooling and fixtures for manufacturing.
The experience and major requirements of the ideal candidate are:
* At least two years of product design experience and a minimum of one year of SolidWorks experience (version 2008 preferred).
* DriveWorks Product Design Automation software experience a plus.
* Product design experience with molded and machined plastics, stamped and formed metals, as well as various assembly and manufacturing methods is desirable.
* Tooling and fixture design experience a plus.
* Must be capable of supplying technical support and troubleshoot issues presented by our customers and sales group.
* Must be capable of working on multiple projects, be detailed oriented and have good document control experience.
* Must have experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and internet use.
