We have an immediate opening for a Lab Technician to join our state-of-the-art Research and Development center in Minneapolis, MN. 

Lab Technician


As a skilled technician in this role, you will evaluate and interpret test results for Katun and supplier products to provide the essential technical recommendations regarding new product launches and existing product improvements. As a member of Katun's global team, you'll work with a wide range of diagnostic testing equipment and provide detailed expert analysis on Katun products.

Additional Responsibilities:Provide post sale technical support to internal and external customersAddress customer concerns regarding performance of our products by testing, evaluating and providing technical results to ensure qualityProvide training to customers for resolution of potential problemsCoach and advise lab personnel as well as coordinate and provide technical training for products, technologies, test equipment and processes for Katun employees, suppliers and customers

Qualified Candidates Will Possess:High School Diploma1-2 years' vocational education or equivalentFormal office automation equipment training a definite plus1+ years' experienceOffice automation industry preferredProven skill in performing multiple tasksGood written / verbal communication skillsStrong and proven organizational skillsVery strong attention to detail Basic computer skillsTest and diagnostic equipment software a plus
