Job Description – Inventory/Web research specialist

 

This position will be responsible for: Reviewing, updating and documenting IWCR Inventory.Validating inventory descriptions and cross referencesComplete Internet searches for new products, and or validation of existing products.Creating and maintaining a Vendor list of each IWCR productTaking photos for all IWCR inventoryManaging and maintaining all web Inventory including picturesManaging and maintaining all EBay inventory including picturesWork with Sales team to manage the current Inventory, including all web requirements.Work with IT Team to manage and maintain inventory on Corporate web siteWork with IT Team on inventory reports for Management, Sales, Production and our customers.Work with IT Team on designing customer portal/ecomm site

 

This position will report to the IT Manager but will work closely with Management, the Sales team, the Production manager and our Purchasing department.

 

The position is hourly and is 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday. There will be overtime with this position.

 

This is a fast paced environment with multiple demands on everyone. The successful candidate will have the ability to handle multiple tasks from multiple directions, a strong communicator, and will possess exceptional communication and documentation skills.
