Inventory Coord I
Position: INVENTORY COORDINATOR I Status: Non Exempt Relocation: No Travel: Some Job Number: 15825 Location: Coppell, TX Date Posted: Jul-15-2008 Summary Of Position:Responsible to perform work in numerous areas of the warehouse including stockroom procedures, shipping, receiving and cycle count. Responsible for material movement, movement and associated computer transaction. Duties:Pick and deliver Inventory to technicians in a timely manner. Pick and process parts shipping to global shops to support AWP. Identify and report inventory and/or lot# discrepancies Process turn-to-Stock inventory. Process Scrap material. Package and process PAC owned repaired LRU?s, Boards and Misc. Parts and return to appropriate inventory. Move materials from one building to the other. Perform physical inventory and / or cycle counts as required. Receive materials and process per WI-15-06-05 if applicable. Package per ATA300 specifications and / or customer requirements prior to shipping if applicable. Prepare and process shipping documents in accordance to U.S. Export Regulations and transportation requirements as needed. Arrange for product pick-ups in accordance to customer requests as needed. Prepare and process daily company inter-office correspondence and Request to Ship products as needed. Maintain out bound product records in accordance to ISO9000 as needed. Maintain a neat and orderly work area at all times. Perform miscellaneous duties as needed Qualifications Required:Minimum High School education or higher Knowledge of warehouse and shipping / receiving procedures required. Knowledge of basic math skills Good organizational/ communication skills (both written and spoken) Knowledge of electronic parts desirable Ability to operate a computer and associated software applications (Excel, Word, Oracle). Knowledge of shipping software (Fed-X, DHL, UPS) preferred. Ability to operate a Forklift preferred. Must be extremely well organized, with the ability to track multiple activities involving numerous details. Must have outstanding problem solving skills and good judgment in dealing with competing priorities, limited resources and time pressure.
