International Program Manager – Telecommunications

 

 

 

Communications Test Design, Inc., a global telecommunications service provider, is currently seeking a Program Manager for our international division based in our headquarters in West Chester, PA.  This individual will be the key point of contact in providing outstanding service to some of our international customers.  

 

The key responsibilities of this position are:  managing all aspects of customer satisfaction and performance for assigned program(s); ensuring contracted performance goals are met; working closely with Operations to prioritize workload in order to meet customer needs and contracted requirements; acting as the primary point of contact (POC) for the customer on Operational and Performance issues; conducting regular meetings with Operations/Business Managers to ensure customer needs and timelines are met; issuing regular reports to Management on program performance; managing inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfillment when applicable; providing personalized customer service activities as required; leading any other efforts as directed by Management.  This position does require international travel.

 

Qualified candidates will have:  a minimum of 5 years experience in program/project management or a related area; strong computer skills, primarily in Microsoft products, report preparation and data analysis; strong interpersonal skills preferably with direct customer contact experience.  Experience in the telecommunications or electronics industry would be a plus; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field would also be preferred.
