Inside Technical Sales Representative

Liberty Electric Sales (www.libertyelectricsales.com), a leading sales representation firm in the instrumentation, process automation, heating, and cooling fields for over 20 years, seeks to hire an Inside Technical Sales Representative with experience in industrial and/or technical sales to work out of our headquarters in Syracuse, NY.   Through our world class group of well respected manufacturers, we connect companies to global inventory, technical support, fabrication, engineering, and design capabilities. In addition to heating and cooling products, the company offers a complete line of automation, safety, electronics and industrial products

To the qualified applicant we offer:

·  Base in the $35,000 range with commission potential

·  2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year

Responsibilities:

·  Call on and manage incoming calls for potential and existing customers to develop new business and manage current accounts

·  Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to develop appropriate selling solutions

·  Follow up on quotes

·  Assist in the design and engineering of heating and snow melting projects.

Requirements:

·  College degree preferred but not required

·  Experience selling industrial, process automation, and/or technical products preferred

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Ability to understand and explain technical concepts and capabilities
