Inside Sales - Product Representitive

The ideal candidate will have an excellent phone persona, strong email communication skills, confident grasp of using Microsoft Office Suite and Peachtree Accounting or an equivalent database and invoicing program.

 

EXTRA POINTS for individuals with a background in photography, videography, filmmaking, and graphic design.

 

Duties:

You will be handling phone and email inquiries from independent and corporate producers that are interested in procuring our line of products for their production needs. Our sales department helps guide customers to the best pre-configured system we offer that is right for their needs.

Daily Tasks include:

- Consult cusotmers via the phone and email

- Process telephone and website orders

- Acts as an interface between the sales, shipping, and the credit department to ensure the customer recieves the highest level of service possible.

- Keep management informed of order entry activity and special customer needs

- Contributes to the team service effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

 

Skills/Qualifications:

- Winning attitude

- Fun and personable presence

- At least 2 years high-ticket sales experience

- Ability to learn quickly and multi-task

- Ability to work in fast paced environment and adapt to ongoing change

- World Class phone skills. Listening, problem solving and sales presentations.

- Computer literacy, Windows XP, Outlook Express, Microsoft Office, Peachtree accounting or equivalent

- Experience in photography, videography, and digital multimedia a plus!
