Reporting to the Director of Strategic Development and Global Sales Support, the Inside Sales Manager will develop and enhance the Inside Sales Group into extended selling initiatives.

Develop/maintain/report on KPI’s/Metrics which measure:  Sample follow up, quote follow up, Littelfuse Business Center usage, expedites, budgets.

Proactive involvement in customer escalation issues.

Development career path of Jr. Sr. level ISS reps.

Active member of process improvement team.

Travel to customers/reps/Disti’s.

Provide department strategic direction to increase profitability/generate sales.

Insure technical support & continuing education thereof.

Champion Process Improvements leading to best in class.

Global interaction with other  LF CS/ISS teams. The successful individual will possess…

 

Bachelor’s degree

3+ yrs experience managing a team of Inside Sales Reps and/or Customer Service Reps in a manufacturing environment

Experience within the electronics industry or related industry

SAP experience preferred

Six Sigma certification or related experience 

 

An outstanding professional will have:
