Inside Sales Associate

Temp to hire opportunity located conveniently in Hatfield, PA - quick and easy access from the 309 corridor! The main job responsibilities include providing administrative support for the sales manager. This position requires being able to work with customers over the phone, entering orders, assisting in purchasing and expediting, preparing documents and reports. Duties include responding to RFQs, determining cost/availability of materials, interacting with all different departments, establishing quotation prices, preparing and sending sales quotes. RPOs, reconciling differences between quotes and POs. Prepare sales orders, make amendments as necessary; expedite sales orders, process RMAs. Communicate with customers to generate new business. Follow up leads generated by various sources. Temp to hire position starting around $14 depending on experience.The idea candidate for this position must be organized, detail oriented, energetic, and have a great phone presence. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deal with many inside and outside contacts. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to independently evaluate and prioritize activities. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment. Must have computer proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook), internet applications and browsers; good data entry skills and database management required. High school diploma or equivalent is required, and an Associates degree is strongly preferred. Must have at least 2 years inside sales experience in a manufacturing environment (electronics components experience preferred). Must be energetic with a positive attitude, be customer service driven.
