INSIDE SALES TRAINEE $40K - Electronics Manufacturer

Electronic Components Manufacturing Company, driven by a knowledgeable management team and a dedicated staff committed to complete customer satisfaction as an Inside Technical Sales Trainee

In this position, you will learn the companies products and systems from the ground up. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team as well as direct customer support and service. Assist customers in determining their optimal component solutions. 50% of the time will maintain customer base and 50% of the time will perform new customer development duties such as competitive products research, call new prospective customers to determine needs and generate new sales, qualify new customers by product need and maintain and develop a system to track leads.



· Assist with incoming phone calls and direction to correct department

· Working with customers and sales personnel to solve price and delivery issues

· Expediting orders through all levels of the organization


 

Requirements

Experience in the electronic component and/or distribution industry is highly desirable. The Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word, Excel) are used regularly so proficiency in these packages is expected.

 

· Self-starter, high-energy, strong drive for accomplishment.

· Work well independently and in groups towards achieving company goals.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced group environment.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Able to multi-task and manage multiple high priorities.

· AA or BS Technical degree preferred – Recent Graduates ok
