Human Resources Specialist

Elcoteq provides global end-to-end solutions consisting of design, NPI, manufacturing, supply chain management and after-sales services for the whole lifecycle of its customers' products. We have an immediate employment opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist in office in Richardson, Texas.
Human Resources Specialist
This position is responsible for:
Employee Relations: conduct investigations, follow up employee issues
Staffing and Recruiting: administer hiring process, overall responsibility for recruiting, reuisition, job and role descriptions, job postings, schedule interviews
FMLA and Short Term Disability administration
Payroll Processing: knowledge of ADP payroll process from begining to end
Training and Development; conduct HR training classes including New Hire Orientation, administer training needs, prepare plan for training
HR administrative Support: includes filing, data entry, phone calls, revision of benefit bills and some other projects
Report; monthly reports for corporate
Skills and Knowledge
Minimum of 5 years of experience in varios areas of Human Resources
Bachelor Degree Preferred
Electronic manufacturing Background preferred
Knowledge in Microsoft Software Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Organized with an emphasis on multi-tasking
Good communication skills
Positive attitude
Detail oriented
Strong work ethics
