Human Resource Manager

 

Tech for Less LLC, an internet retailer of consumer electronics, seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager for our corporate office in Colorado Springs. 

 

Minimum Education Required:  Bachelors degree required.  Advanced degree is beneficial.

 

Minimum Years of Experience Required:  5 + years

 

Basic Qualifications: 

-          BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study

-          Strong generalist background

-          Supervisory experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as demonstrated hands-on expertise with results in areas such as:

-          Fostering a positive employee relations environment

-          Strategic staffing/recruitment and talent management

-          Team building and effective communications

-          Compensation and benefits administration

-          Insurance renewal and negotiation

-          Recruiting and staffing

-          Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns

-          Employee orientation, development and training

-          Policy development and documentation

-          Employee relations

-          Company-wide committee facilitation

-          Company, employee and community communication

-          Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

-          Employee services and counseling

 

Ideal candidates will also possess many of the following characteristics/skills:

-          Spanish speaking a plus

-          Independent thinker, self-motivated

-          Demonstrates leadership strength

-          Mediating, negotiating and influence skills

-          Project management and business acumen

-          Able to conceptualize and effectively implement
