HR Admin Assistant
Human Resources Assistant – Sony On-LineThis position provides both administrative and analytical support and requires the ability to exercise judgment, initiative, and sound knowledge of company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments, meetings, coordinating travel and supporting new hires during the on-boarding process. Prepares expense reports, documents and presentation materials and composes correspondence. Supports the team with special projects, report preparation and other complex information as required. Duties will also include administrative support to their staffing function, posting position to WEB, interview scheduling, background check processing, and communication with candidate, preparing global IDs, new hire orientation, HR data administrations, basic Q&A regarding company policy and employee benefit and the coordination for expatriates. This position will be located in our San Francisco office; however will also require support and travel, approximately 30% of the time, to our San Jose office 2-4 years in a direct administrative role supporting management required. Work experience in a Human Resources environment preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are required. Fluent in English & Japanese is required Strong analytical, administrative, organization and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task required Able to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong oral and written skills required Ability to work with professionalism and confidentiality at all times Attention to detail Enjoy working in fast-paced environment RemX OfficeStaff is an Equal Opportunity Employer
