SUMMARY

Global Account Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships and servicing needs of established customers & allocated accounts. This position develops, secures new projects, provides reports on market analysis, sales forecasts and has goals to achieve targets set by management. Makes decisions regarding pricing and logistics of projects as well as coordination with customers to make scheduled visits traveling domestic/overseas, or as necessary for meetings.

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills and presence - Frequent socializing in business interactions with customers, plant personnel, and associates.

Detail oriented - Knowledgeable in appointed areas of expertise, such as customer accounts.

Communication skills- Must effectively interact with the customer both written and verbally.

Flexibility- Deal with time pressures in a fast paced environment.

Multi tasking- Work with multiple customers effectively.

Problem solving skills- Must be able to resolve issues individually as well as within a team.

Personal initiative- Motivated with the ability to work independently.

Drive- Aim to meet & achieve goals, objectives and budgets.
