Focus Factory Manager

BS degree with successful 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership or engineering related field. Must posses high degree of knowledge in six sigma, lean manufacturing, operations, process design, lean manufacturing systems and quality. Must possess a well developed and proven leadership style with the ability to mentor, coach, counsel and train toward long term departmental and organizational goals while working in a team environment. This person will  serve as a leader, coach, and advisor Focus Factory, and is ultimately responsible to exceed both team and facility goals.
