Job Summary

Flex Software Engineer will be responsible for developing a cutting-edge Web based Informatics system. This is a Rich Internet Application that integrates into chemical and semiconductor process and metrology tools to facilitate High Productivity Combinatorial R&D.

Responsible for developing and deploying systems tailored to the customer workflow process and business. Provide technical support to customers and deploy methodologies to resolution.

 

Responsibilities

· Analyze, design and develop software programs for data warehouses, business analytics and  dashboard reporting

· Conduct customer equipment auditing and provide technical support

· Produce and execute equipment integration plan

· Document and develop functional, design, and unit test specifications

· Coordinate development and execution with remote teams when required

· Deliver applications and maintain issues of developed products by implementing best

   practices, documenting protocols, and defining standards

 

Minimum Requirement

 

· BS EE/CS/mathematics or equivalent experience - MS preferred

· 3+ years in developing highly computational applications

· Proficiency/Experience in semiconductor capital equipment integration

· Experience in ColdFusion, Flash, Flex or ActionScript a big plus

· Development experience in Web application (ColdFusion, J2EE, JSP, PHP, ASP etc…), OOP (C++, C#, or Java), databases, data structures and algorithms required

· Proven ability to solve complex analytical problems and define test methodologies of  complex  systems

· Ability to plan, program, and resolve complex multi-threaded environments

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Self motivated results oriented person with a delivery focus
