At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Financial Data Analyst in our Los Angeles Office. The Financial Data Analyst role offers a unique and challenging opportunity to work with the MOCA division of our business globally to develop the strategies and tactics to grow both existing and new products and services as well as stem any attrition within those products and services. By working with Arrow business leaders to identify and track sales data for our Value Added Resellers and their end users, you will provide businesses with key customer insights for Arrow and our vendors into product and market segment penetration, growth opportunities and program tracking. Using multiple data sources to gather information and analytical tools such as data mining, data modeling, financial reporting and customized reporting. The ideal candidate will have the ability to design, develop and maintain rational databases for our MOCA business unit while ensuring data integrity and creating ad hoc reporting to meet business needs. Basic Qualifications: -Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Operations Research or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and additional training and/or relevant professional work experience. -3 - 5 years experience in customer insights/small business marketing experience. -Experience with database administration is required. -Strong analytical skills. -Strong working knowledge of statistical techniques and methodologies. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Access), Crystal Reporting, TOAD - Experience with Oracle ERP/ eBusiness Suite is a must Preferred Qualifications: -Master's degree in related field.
