Finance Systems Manager Experience (Years): 7 Overview: Finance Systems Manager Arrow Electronics, Inc. Englewood, CO At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Systems Manager/Business Lead in our Englewood, CO location. This lead role will focus on the implementation and operation support for Oracle Financial Applications (General Ledger, AP, iExpense, Accounts Receivables, iReceivables, ipayment, Fixed Assets and Cash Management). In addition to functioning as a member of the Finance management team, the candidate will be responsible for keeping the team on plan, making decisions on issues and questions that arise, functioning as the primary contact with the PMO, IT manager and the Contracted Oracle advisors, and understanding and communicating the impact of decisions to the entire finance department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Function as Finance Business lead for Arrow Oracle Project Team. Responsibilities will include providing leadership, guidance, hands on training, and communicating disciplines of best practices to identified internal subject matter experts focusing in the areas of Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Cash Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Cost Management. -Function as a liaison between all Internal Business Process Leads and Arrow's Financial and Operational management teams to facilitate integration and communication for all business process flows that have financial touch points. -Work closely with internal and external system integration teams to achieve all objectives, goals, and milestones identified within management Project plans. Provide required assistance and guidance during CRP's, User acceptance testing, data conversion, system configuration, preparation of key decision documents, and other relevant areas impacting execution of the project plans. -Review and analyze current system integration design of data flow between legacy systems and Oracle Inventory and Oracle Financial applications. Make recommendations to improve financial data integrity as necessary. -Proactively work with Accounting, IT and internal business partners to provide assistance and advice with the implementation of new or enhanced Oracle financial applications and systems. -Manage and delegate development activities to other team members. -Work with project leaders to develop project plans that reflect business analysis approach, deliverables and estimates. -Provide ongoing support to the development team by tracking and resolving issues throughout the life of a project. -Work with functional groups within the Finance organization to define and implement business processes and system. -Work with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure that systems functionality meets user requirements. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of training and experience. - 5-7 years experience with Oracle Applications, Oracle 11i experience required. - At least 5 years of Oracle Finance Module, sub-ledger workflow experience and business application analysis experience. - In-depth Functional knowledge and experience in full application lifecycle development and ongoing support for Oracle 11i modules. - Experience leading large, multi-million dollar engagements. - Demonstrated competency in verbal, written, and presentation communications. - Demonstrated organization and planning skills to include: project coordination and management, planning and scheduling, time management and the ability to handle multiple deadlines and associated pressures. -Previous experience in a full development life cycle. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS include experience in the following Oracle modules: - MBA degree - PMP or PMI certification - General Ledger - strong Multi org / Multi currency experience - Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable - Fixed Assets - iExpense - iReceivables - iPayment -Cost Management - Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
