What You Will Do:

Manage Team of Electronics Installation Technicians installing Satellite TV systems & Electronics (TV's, Home Theaters...) in homes and businesses.  This includes but is not limited to Tech Support, Quality Auditing, Routing/Route Management, Inventory assignment/issue, Performance Tracking, Technician development/Training, Technician Compliance and Reviews, Customer Service...

What to Think About:

This position can be very demanding in hours/days worked, dealing with difficult customers, helping techs in bad weather conditions, dealing with many responsibilities and daily changes, learning industry specific general and technical information...  If you are not the roll up your sleeves and make it happen type person with a roll with the punches attitude, this career may not be for you.
