Job Description:

DNS Electronics is looking for a talented Field Service Engineer to provide on-site support for DNS Wet Etch equipment in a clean room environment. May require compressed work week and night shift schedule.



 Desired Qualifications:


Minimum 3 years experience supporting repair and maintenance of semiconductor processing equipment. 
Experience on Wet Etch process equipment desired.
Essential Job Duties: 
Safety - Commitment to safe work practices at all timesCustomer service - Consistent, excellent support of customer needs in a high-pressure manufacturing environmentTroubleshooting - Rapidly diagnose and repair equipment using skills in electronics, electrical, mechanical, robotics, gas flow and chemical flow areasCommunication - Provide timely and accurate verbal and written communication.  Be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel)Must be able to pass customer back ground check and medical test and certification/training for respirator use. Must be able to lift 35 pounds and climb steep stairs. Overtime and occasional travel may be required.

The ideal candidate will have experience using hand tools, meters, scopes and alignment tools (micrometers/calipers/multimeters/current clamp), plus the ability to read schematics/plumbing diagrams. Excellent communication, documentation, troubleshooting and customer service skills are necessary, as is proficiency in MS Office programs. Must be able to pass customer back ground check and pre-employment drug screen. Some domestic and international travel may be required.



Educational Requirements: 


AS degree or equivalent training/experience.
