 Job Overview:

This position is responsible for the management of corporate facilities projects. These projects range from small building renovations and construction to large facility construction projects. This position will be responsible for feasibility, cost justification and approvals of projects, project safety analysis, project design, installation and commissioning. This position will also be responsible for the development of writing facility standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Management of multiple facilities projects including:

·  Feasibility

·  Design

·  Project safety analysis

·  Coordination and communications

·  Construction

·  Commissioning

Project types:

·  Building renovations/modifications

·  New construction

·  Cost reduction projects

·  Safety related projects

·  Infrastructure improvements

·  Energy management

·  Development and writing facilities standards and procedures

 Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·  Computer skills to include Autocad, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word. 

·  5 to 10 years facilities, construction experience preferred. 

·  Experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems preferred.
