We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Manager to join our Manchester, NH team.

 

This first shift position will manage a staff of equipment technicians supporting our 24/7 manufacturing operation as well as the 1st shift development engineering function.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 Providing technical leadership to skilled technicians. Employee development, evaluation, and training. Mentor technicians building comprehensive and consistent troubleshooting, repair, and logical strategic thinking skills. Develop, implement, maintain and improve programs and metrics that include: Preventive maintenance Spares inventory management Training / technical skills development Cross training Equipment standardization and documentation

The successful candidate will have a B.S. degree with 2+ years of technical management experience. Direct experience supporting a 24/7 operation preferred.
