Engineering Technician / LPBU2053

Position Description:Perform RF/microwave characterization of new and existing products as well as analysis of characterization data, including recording of the analysis results in phase gate documentation. Fabricate and/or modify prototype printed circuit boards, coordinate assembly of prototype integrated circuits into packages, and perform other functions as requested by supervisor. Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:-Associates or Equivalent Years of Experience-knowledge of Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office-Bench level/trouble shooting electronic equipment (DVMs, Ohmeter, curve tracer)-Using hand tools (e.g., Tweezers, Vacum pencils, Soldering Irons, Die Bonding, Wire Bonding, Test Fixtures)-Work from schematic drawingPreferred Requirements: -Familiarity with and the ability to operate vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes and other RF/microwave test equipment-Familiarity with RF/microwave conceptsand terminology such as gain, gain compression, intermodulation distortion, 3rd order intermodulation intercept, noise figure, attenuation, insertion loss, isolation, spectral regrowth, etc.-Familiarity with 6 Sigma terminologyand principles-Familiarity with Statistical Process controlterminology and principles Ref Code: 2053Learn more about "Skyworks Solutions, Inc."
