Engineering - Electronic materials processing and Characterization

Start-up semiconductor business in search of a motivated candidate with background in semiconductor processing, preferably with a M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience.  Candidate must be eager to learn, able to work in a team environment, and adaptable to the quick changing environment associated with a start-up company .  Ideal candidate would have experience in MOCVD thin film growth, vacuum technology, and thin film characterization including SEM, XRD, PL, CV, IV measurements.  American citizenship/permanent residency required.
