ELECTRONICS BUYER

 

Responsibilities:

· Evaluate requisitions, prepare bid/RFQ packages

· Analyze quotations for both products and services

· Negotiate terms and conditions, price, schedule and annual agreements

· Select and/or recommend suppliers

· Manage supplier deliveries

· Work with multi-functional teams

 

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years experience in the procurement of electronic, mechanical or electro-mechanical components

· Experience with active matrix liquid crystal displays, printed wiring boards, semiconductors and passive components preferred

· Knowledge of current technology

· Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and PC skills

· Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Bachelors degree required
